We Are New York's Solar Source.

Source Renewables is a developer of solar energy projects. We finance, develop, build, own and operate community solar farms throughout the State of New York.

And because we serve New York exclusively, we were able to create a strategic niche in the solar farm business here that has rewarded us with a true leadership position in community solar development and clean energy supply in New York State.

Can potentially power a city of

20,000

for over 30 years.

Source Renewables harnesses comprehensive resources through its close tactical relationships to provide all the services essential to completing community solar projects... from start to finish.

Our team of seasoned, dedicated solar professionals has more than 170 MW of community solar projects in development.

As a result, these projects can potentially power a city of 20,000 for over 30 years.

In addition, because our services are bundled together with our subscription management company, Source Power Company, we are uniquely positioned to manage any solar project for less than the competition, increasing returns for project owners. Because we have the management expertise in house, we are able to offer a more convenient, less costly alternative.

Source Power Company is the sister company of Source Renewables. Source Power finds, manages and services customers for community solar projects. We are an ESCO, or Energy Services Company - unlike many of our competitors - enabling us to “package” the renewable energy created by community solar farms with customers’ electrical supply.

Using the Value of Distributed Energy Resources (VDER) credits, we can provide residences and businesses these guaranteed savings on overall energy bills, and offer lower cost power.

Our Extraordinary Team

Our senior managers share more than 50 years of hands-on experience in New York’s retail energy market as well as a decade-plus in commercial and community solar financing and development.

We deliver clarity, transparency and the utmost efficiency to our partners - utility companies, property owners, capital partners and municipalities.

We also deliver guaranteed savings to our energy customers.
